Shipping Policy

SHIPMENTS

Our shipments are made during normal business hours Monday through Friday; To ensure correct delivery, someone must be present to sign the delivery. After processed, (which may be subject to delays if any of the products are out of stock, in which case it will be notified), all orders are processed and shipped within a maximum period of 2-3 days for most the areas of the Peninsula with a cost of 3.95 EUR (1 and 2 bottles). Shipping is free for orders over 2 bottles of product. (from the 3rd bottle it is free) If the product is not available, you will be entitled to a refund.

TIMELINESS IN THE DELIVERY SERVICE

Please note, we cannot guarantee the timeliness of the shipping service provided by our delivery agents, especially during periods of adverse weather conditions. Although we will do everything possible to guarantee punctual delivery, there may be specific circumstances that prevent it. Please, in these circumstances, contact the store directly.

DAMAGED ORDERS

We take pride in preparing your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, there are times when orders are damaged while in transit. The customer is solely responsible for verifying that the product arrives in perfect condition and without damage. If an order shows clear signs of damage or leakage upon delivery, we ask that you reject the package. Ask the courier to return the products to the sender. The expenses will be borne by the sender.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We are pleased to be able to deliver your order to an address other than your usual billing address. To do so, simply enter the desired delivery address during the checkout process. We can also deliver your order to your permanent work address, as long as there is someone who can receive and sign the delivery on your behalf.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Unfortunately, due to delivery restrictions, we are unable to ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We can only deliver within the peninsula.
