Have you changed your mind about your order? Nothing happens, the return is very easy!
If you have changed your mind about your order or have had a mistake doing it, do not worry! The vermouths and wines to be returned must be in the same state in which they were received; unopened and with the original packaging and box. Remember! In this case, the customer must bear the shipping costs that may arise from the return.
Once we receive the returned bottles, we will check that everything is correct and we will contact you to confirm that the refund has been processed. In these cases, LA MADRE VERMOUTH will reimburse the customer for the amount of the products received, but not the shipping costs of the original order.
